The documents you work with are constantly in flux. That’s why we’ve gone beyond a static document management system to bring you what a Contractor truly needs: a tool that crosses the entire product and allows you to link your documents to system-wide, date-driven events.

You’ll have the ability to scan and attach paper or electronic documents and retrieve them or print them instantly from nearly any screen or module. You’ll create user-specified, custom event categories each with any number of events available - events that you’ll link together when necessary for simultaneous follow up.
And by linking documents, follow-up dates, dollar values, and alerts to Change Orders, RFIs, and Submittals, you’ll ensure that deadlines are never missed and the right document is always at hand.

Project-related documents, including RFIs, Transmittals and Submittals, are seamlessly integrated into the system. You can initiate documents, track their status, and add Ticklers and activities to provide thorough management of all documentation related to a project. Additional features include creating contracts for subcontractors and managing Change Orders. All documents are integrated with Word, and the contact system can use your Outlook and Notes email records. Using your existing Word templates, the Maxwell Management Suite automatically produces the necessary documents. The system allows you to save the document, print it, and email it if desired, using email addresses from your Outlook or Notes system. Simply storing your documents and making them easy and convenient to retrieve doesn’t imply managing them. The Maxwell Management Suite allows you to assign Ticklers by user or groups of users so that documents that require action get attention. Documents that help you manage themselves.
